Sensitively utilising the natural attributes which the environment has to offer.
This development consists of 26 own-door dwellings made up of one, two, three and four bedroomed units. During the design process, we made strong connections to the existing landscape and streetscape. The development embeds itself sensitively in the physical environment to make the most of the manmade and natural attributes the context has to offer. This creates a comfortable layout and gives the development a sense of belonging to the surrounding area.
