This project consisted of demolition of the existing two-storey school building including all prefab buildings, the provision of a new storied 12 classroom special needs school, including staff and pupil facilities and ancillary spaces, with associated site works, landscaping with hard and soft spaces, and a new boundary wall and railing with a new vehicular and pedestrian access point and associated set down, with 44 number car parking spaces.
