This project provides accommodation for a 75-bed residential healthcare ward as part of a replacement programme at St. Camillus Hospital. The development is designed to meet the National Quality Standards for Residential Care Settings for Older People and to comply with the Health Act requirements for long-stay residents, ensuring continued registration of the facility while significantly enhancing patient care. The scheme comprises three distinct building elements: a two-storey, 50-bed ward block; a single-storey, 25-bed dementia care unit; and an ancillary support services building. Together, these elements create a cohesive and modern care environment tailored to the needs of residents and staff. Services provided include Lead Consultant, Architect, and Assigned Certifier.
