This development consists of two plots either side of the River Boyne in Drogheda totalling 151 Houses and Apartments. Phase 1 (on one side of the River) totalling 113 units is complete. This development was carried out as a collaboration between Tuath Housing Association, North & East Housing Association, Louth County Council and Urban Life Developments Ltd. The site layout for this project was extremely efficient with 113 units being provided on a residentially zone 2.04Ha plot equating to 55 units per Ha. The development also included the extension of an adjoining park into recreationally zoned lands as a community gain in terms of public realm.
