This IDA Advanced Technology building is located within an existing IDA Business Park development and forms part of the Waterford Knowledge Campus. The office accommodation wraps the production facility to create light filled dual and triple aspect office spaces with a strong presence along the road. The building entrance has a dynamic form with a welcoming overhang signifying the entrance. Complimenting its surroundings, the materiality used responds to the buildings in the immediate context and the adjacent natural landscape.
