Conservation works, refurbishment and complete fit-out of protected structure in very restricted site in Dublin City Centre. The project involved very complicated fire protection measures as the building had a number of extant tenants other than the HSE and the protected structure meant that any interventions in this regard had to be carried out sensitively with a number of derogations.
