The project delivers 4 blocks of modern, BER A rated housing with ensuite bedrooms and generous communal living spaces, designed for comfort, convenience, and community. Playful facades with pops of colour and welcoming canopies give the buildings a vibrant new presence on campus. This latest addition sits alongside the original DkIT student housing designed by VDA in 2007, and neighbours three other Van Dijk Architects projects: the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Green Park Nursing Home, and the Arnord Mardix industrial building. This project demonstrates our commitment to shaping and supporting the built environment in Dundalk.
