Greenhills Grange is an age-friendly residential development of 46 homes in Greenhills, Drogheda, designed to foster independent living within a welcoming and connected community. The scheme comprises 45 single-storey two-bedroom bungalows and a five-bedroom community house, carefully arranged to create a safe, legible, and accessible residential environment. Landscaped open spaces, shared amenity areas, and a network of accessible pedestrian routes are integrated throughout the development, encouraging social interaction, wellbeing, and everyday movement while strengthening the sense of place. The homes combine a simple, but contemporary architectural language with a highly sustainable design approach. Timber frame construction, air source heat pumps, and photovoltaic panels deliver comfortable, low-energy homes with reduced environmental impact. The project was completed ahead of programme and within budget through close collaboration between the design team, client, and project stakeholders.
