Dundalk Town Hall included restoration, conversion and extension of a protected National Monument to create a Theatre, Art Gallery, Civic Offices and Council Chamber. The project won 2007 Irish Contemporary Architecture Award for Infill Development and is an exemplary development for adaptation and reuse of historic structures for modern civic and community use.
