90 Bed Single storied nursing home developed in three phases. The Home surrounds a safe enclosed central courtyard with “meeting places”, a variety of windows and other features to stimulate and improve the lives of residents. The last phase has been developed on the principle of the Household Model of care and involves a number of households bolted on to the original building.
