This proposal consists of over 700 new homes, a supermarket, community, arts & cultural spaces and utilises quality public transport, such as the planned DART+ upgrade, and Bus Connects project. It aims to create a vibrant and sustainable new urban neighbourhood. Central to the proposal is its green infrastructure, a continuous landscaped space providing passive, playful and active uses suitable to all ages.
