Phase 1 of this client-side Design and Build project for Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown delivered 67 No. homes. There are an additional 52 No. apartments planned for delivery in Phase 2 of this Ballyogan scheme. This project involved preparing a full set of tender documents with the only variable for the design and build contractor being the structure. High spec finishes such as hidden gutter detailing with powder coated aluminium hopper heads and downpipes, alu-clad windows with powder coated pressed aluminium cills and railing detail including powder coated finish and feature granite base served to elevate the quality of this rapid delivery scheme.
