We are delighted that Roscrea Primary Care Centre has been shortlisted in the Healthcare Project of the Year category at the Irish Building and Design Awards.

The project involved the careful retrofit and extension of The Malt House in Tipperary, a protected structure. The new Primary Care Centre now accommodates GP practices, dental surgeries, a pharmacy and various treatment rooms for the HSE.

This project was completed in collaboration with McGurk Architects and constructed by Townmore.
