Phase 1 of Ballyogan Court is now complete. The project involved the rapid delivery and construction of 67 No. social residential units for Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.

Sustainable design was the core focus for this project which has uniquely applied Passivhaus Standards in a social housing development in Ireland. Passive Houses require very little energy to achieve a comfortable temperature year-round. At a time of soaring energy prices, Passive Houses are circa 62% more efficient than may other residential units being constructed today.
