We have secured planning permission from An Bord Pleanála for the construction of 99 new apartments at Beaumont Road. Approximately six kilometers from the centre of Dublin, the proposal is designed to achieve a suitable level of density for the site while also giving the local community and new residents a strong urban connection to Ellenfield Park via a new public plaza. The overall mass of the proposal is broken down into elements that express different heights and materials to ensure the building is grounded within its context.
