van Dijk Architects, in partnership with Conroy Crowe Kelly Architects, on behalf of the Land Development Agency, are delighted to have submitted for planning permission, a proposed mixed-use development located at Cherry Orchard, Dublin, to An Bord Pleanála. This exciting proposal, consisting of over 700 new homes, a supermarket, community, arts & cultural spaces, utilising quality public transport, such as the planned DART+ upgrade, and Bus Connects project. It aims to create a vibrant and sustainable new urban neighbourhood. Central to the proposal is its green infrastructure, a continuous landscaped space providing passive, playful and active uses suitable to all ages.
