Construction is underway at Cherry Orchard Point, Dublin 10. Phase 1 of this ambitious development will deliver 708 new homes along with public, community, retail, and commercial amenities.

Planning permission has also been granted for Phase 2, which will include 137 affordable homes, comprising two- and three-bedroom houses and duplexes, supporting the creation of a vibrant, mixed-use community.

The project was designed by van Dijk Architects in partnership with Conroy Crowe Kelly. We are now leading its delivery on behalf of the The Land Development Agency (LDA) in partnership with Dublin City Council.
