The scheme situated within acclaimed woodlands will comprise of an 80 bedroom hotel, 36 short stay holiday homes, equestrian centre including riding school/arena, outdoor arena and associated stables, and a 9 hole ‘Pitch & Putt’ course and tennis court. The entire development will be set back from the road and will be positioned within the site in such a way that it is hidden from view, blending the scheme into its natural woodland setting. A carefully woven access road through the landscape will link each part of the proposal and to the neighbouring lake. The hotel will offer carefully framed views of the adjacent ‘Pitch & Putt’ course, the lake and the surrounding landscape.
