In 2008, van Dijk international won a competition to design and build a new Education campus for the Institute of Technology in Tipperary and a Science and Technology Park for Tipperary South Riding County Council. The project involved the sensitive ion of modern education buildings into an historic estate with a contemporary Science and Technology park to be located on the edge of the estate.
