This residential development on a steeply sloping site on the edge of an historic Georgian village required to be carried out in a neo Georgian "Poundbury" style with appropriate historically sensitive layouts which fulfilled the density requirements of the developer. The completed development was very successful from a developers point of view and remains an elegant place to live.
