Masterplanning

This masterplan covering approx. 10 Hectares included the provision of 1200 Houses and Apartments (in three developments) a major distributor dual carriageway, a district shopping centre, local service units and a primary school with community sports facilities. The area threaded through existing housing developments including archaeological zones and a sustainable wetland zone either side of an existing river. To date some local services and approx. 300 Houses have been constructed.
