Masterplanning

This PPP Competition winning new campus masterplan for a third level institute surrounded an historically protected country house and walled garden. The new campus was provided with a front which was modern and welcoming but also deferential to the historic setting. The 2 Storeyed library / learning zone opened onto the walled garden and was accessed by an open pedestrian "street" running North - South and also gaining access to a series of phased department buildings each of which was designed with flexibility for future expansion.
