Masterplanning

This master plan, consisting of B1 Business Units, Retail and Office, Housing and Apartments, is intended to act as a framework for both physically and psychologically linking a dated social housing area with the nearby urban core. The plan is divided into three zones with each responding to it's individual context. The North zone contains the business units. The central zone contains offices and retail around a new urban square in conjunction with an existing retail development. The South zone contains traditional housing with an apartment development on top of a raised park linking open spaces to the west with the Ice House Hill Park to the East.
