This building was a derelict railway shed used for cleaning and maintaining rail carriages when it was purchased by Louth County Council as part of the Millenium Centre Complex. The HSE purchased the derelict building and we designed it's adaptation to include the re-opening of bricked up arches, raising the roof to provide a second storey and extending the building with a prodema clad lift tower and glass enclosed staircase.
