Masterplanning

This masterplan for 500 residential units, a major extension to an existing hotel, a multi use sports pitch and an International Arena adjoining a 120,000 sq.m. Industrial Park achieved planning permission in 2008 following a vote to "materially contravene" the local development plan. The Arena will provide accommodation for 10,000 standing and 6,500 seated for sports, exhibition, conference and most importantly entertainment events.
