van Dijk Architects in conjunction with Bennett Construction have been selected as preferred bidder for the redevelopment of Market Square Dundalk. The project inculdes a new building to replace the existing Arts Office and a comprehensive re sufracing and landscaping scheme to upgrade the Square to a contemporary civic space. It is proposed that the building will act as an "inside out" art gallery with the Marrket Square facade incorporating images, sculpture and audio visual presentations.
