| Cost control for out practice meant the achievement of the optimum expenditure on a building based on the agreed brief and budget drawn up between the client and the ourselves. It means that we are rigorous in our pursuit of large scale design efficiencies in terms of the overall design and small scale efficiencies in terms of building components and specifications. We work closely with Quantity Surveyors to produce regular cost reports throughout the project and where appropriate to look for value engineering solutions to design issues. |
